For both cancelled orders & returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, wrong sizes, or defective products delivered), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase. In case of Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be done through NEFT.
We require product images and tags in the below mentioned cases:

  1. Defective product received – Only product image required.
  2. Wrong product received – Both product & Tag images required.
  3. Wrong size received - Both product & Tag images required.
  4. Incomplete order received – Only Tag image is required.

    Your refund will be initiated by us within 4 business days of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund. Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers (for cheques).

    SHIPPING POLICY:
    Adornia utilizes the services of reputed courier service providers for offering shipping in India.
    We strive to ensure timely delivery of Domestic orders within India in 4-5 working days to most of the cities.

Once your return request has been placed with us, it usually takes about 2 working days to process the request. Post that, it takes 3 working days to have the product picked from your place and up to another 14 days for the product to return to the warehouse. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a product Inspection which takes about 2 days. Typically, the refunds are initiated within 2 days after product inspection. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. After refund initiation, it takes up to 30 days to reflect in your account.
